Ingredients: For the cupcakes<\/p>\n
200g self raising flour (can swap for gf self raising flour)<\/p>\n
125g caster sugar<\/p>\n
3\/4 tsp bicarb<\/p>\n
40g golden syrup<\/p>\n
60ml vegetable oil<\/p>\n
200ml soya milk (can use oat or almond)<\/p>\n
Raspberry flavoring<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
For the icing<\/p>\n
200g dairy free butter block<\/p>\n
400g icing sugar<\/p>\n
1\/4 tsp lemon extract<\/p>\n
Purple, yellow and Orange gel food coloring<\/p>\n

step 1. Add your golden syrup, vegetable oil, soya milk and raspberry flavoring into a jug and mix.<\/p>\n
step 2. Add this mixture in slowly in with the flour, making sure to combine the ingredients evenly.<\/p>\n
step 3. Place your paper cupcake liners into your tray and transfer your cupcake batter evenly into each liner.<\/p>\n
step 4. Add your cupcakes into the oven at 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C) for 18-20 minutes.<\/p>\n
Step 5. Mix the dairy free butter, icing sugar and lemon extract into a bowl and mix until smooth.<\/p>\n
Step 6. Separate your icing mix into 3 bowls then add in different food colorings to each and mix.<\/p>\n
Step 7. Once your cupcakes have cooled, pipe or spread your icing mix over the cupcakes. For pastel piped icing, spread the 3 colors evenly in cling film and twist at each side creating a tube of icing. Cut one end of the cling film and create a piping bag.<\/p>\n
Step 8. Add on your Freedom Gummies to your own designs and enjoy!<\/p>\n
