And not only that …Freedom Mallows’ are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, fat free, soy free, GMO free, tree nut free, nut free*, corn syrup free, palm oil free and
no artificial colors/flavorings; meaning even with the most challenging dietary restrictions our Melty Mallowly Mallows can still be enjoyed by the many Mallowers out there.
They are also acceptable for religious requirements such as kosher and halal.

We are cruelty free across the board, we have never and nor will we ever sell products that contain animal products (non-vegan products). Our mascot Cedric loves his Mallows

Freeze-Dried / Dehydrated
Dehydrating Marshmallows involves evaporating water from them, using heat. It is a simpler task compared to the freeze-drying process as dehydrating involves removing water content, and not freezing.
Dehydrating uses heat – we can remove between 70-97% of moisture from the mallow to suit your requirements. This does also increase the shelf life by c. 5 years.
Dehydrating confectionery was and is used by the armed forces as the product is light for ration packs, provide the energy required and have an extended shelf life. Dehydrated marshmallows are used in other industries outside of the military such as astronauts, disaster volunteer organisations.
