Freeze-Dried / Dehydrated
Fluffy, Fruity, and Fantastically Versatile
From pillowy mallows to fruity gummies, we’ve given our favourites a light-as-air-twist. Using freeze-drying or heat-based dehydration, we can remove up to 97% of moisture – boosting shelf life (up to five years!) and creating a delightfully crisp texture that still packs in flavour. Dehydration is a simpler task compared to the freeze-drying process as it involves removing water content, and not freezing.
Originally designed for ration packs, space missions, and emergency supplies, these long-life goodies have found a home in everyday favourites. Think breakfast cereal, cereal bars, hot beverages, cookies, brownies; toppings for cakes, ice cream, gelato and yoghurt – our freeze-dried and dehydrated mallows and gummies are ready to elevate every bite!
