Rocky Road anyone? 😋 I’ve been snacking on these all day!! If anyone fancies making them I’ve put the recipe below 👇
Ingredients:
✨200g dark chocolate
✨135g butter equivalent
✨2 tbsp golden syrup
✨250g digestives, crushed
✨20g flaked almonds
✨75g mini marshmallows (I used @freedommallows )
✨60g Raisins
✨100g milk chocolate equivalent
✨Crushed almonds
Method:
1. In a bowl over a pan of simmering water melt the dark chocolate, butter, and syrup
2. Stir in the crushed digestives, flaked almonds, raisins, and mini marshmallows
3. Grease and line a brownie tin, tip in the mixture and flatten with the back of a spoon. Leave in the fridge for a few hours to set
4. Once set, melt the milk chocolate and drizzle over the top and sprinkle with crushed almonds. Leave overnight to set in the fridge, store in an airtight container
