S’more Bites

S’MORES BITES 🍫

These bite-sized treats are the perfect way to satisfy any sweet tooth. I should warn you, these s’mores bites are completely addicting! 🥵 They’re just that delicious!

INGREDIENTS
BASE
– 40g @steviala almond flour (gifted)
– 40g nut butter, I used @depindakaaswinkel (gifted)
– 1tbsp @vegablum vegan honey (gifted)
– OPTIONAL: I added in some crushed @prispuddings pop squares
MIDDLE
– @freedommallows marshmallows (gifted)
COATING
– 150g dark chocolate
– 1tsp @kazidomi.nl coconut oil (gifted)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt together chocolate and oil. Add to muffin tins (~2tsp each) and let it harden in the freezer.
2. Combine base ingredients and press into muffin tins. Press in some marshmallows until a smooth base. Top with remaining chocolate and let harden in freezer. Enjoy!
