One of our favourite bloggers Rhianne has come up with this amazing vegan and gluten free rocky road brownie recipe and we love it! Rhianne is a gluten free blogger who loves to share gluten free and even vegan meals and recipes with the world. Who says food has to be boring?

Ingredients
-Sweetpea Panty brownie mix
-100ml Syrup
-100ml melted coconut oil
-2 ‘Flax eggs’ (1 tablespoon milled flax and 3 tablespoons water per egg – mixed and refrigerated for 10 minutes) or you could try chia eggs using the same amounts as above.
-Some free from shortbread biscuits
-A handful of chopped Glace cherries
-And last but not least, as many sweet freedom marshmallows as you wish (credit @glutenfreerhii )
