A Quick Cheat Treat from @figsontoast

8 Wagon Wheels…

Ingredients

16 digestive or rich tea biscuits (Recommended Schar Gluten Free)

50g Freedom Mini Pink & White Mallows

8 tsps Jam of Choice ( Raspberry?!)

200g dairy free chocolate (Nomo milk)

1 tsp coconut oil

Method:

Place 8 biscuits on a lined baking tray and add 6 mini marshmallows to the center of each. Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for just a few minutes until the Marshmallows have become soft and gooey. Meanwhile spread 1 tsp of jam onto the other 8 biscuits. Place these biscuits jam down onto the top of the marshmallow covered halves and squish gently together. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and dunk each wagon wheel in to coat, using a fork to cover fully and tap off the excess. Lay these on a parchment paper and leave to set in the fridge.
