S’more Baked Pro Oats

S’mores Baked Oats by @veganshannon
– 50g oat flour
– 10g @honesthempuk hemp protein
– 3 tbsp cacao powder
– 90ml unsweetened oat milk
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2 tsp sweetener
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– chocolate chips / chocolate chunks
– vegan marshmallows
– biscoff biscuits
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- In a bowl, combine the oat flour with the protein powder, cacao powder, baking powder and sweetener.
- Pour in the oat milk and vanilla extract and whisk until completely smooth. Add as many chocolate chips / chocolate chunks as you like.
- Pour the mixture into a ramekin / small ovenproof dish. Top with some extra chocolate chips / chunks, vegan marshmallows and two biscoff biscuits cut into smaller pieces.
- Place in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
